It's as easy as giving us a call and getting on the internet. And it only takes about 4 minutes to be at your office, whether it's in Far North Queensland, Western Australia, Tasmania, Sydney or as close as Miranda or Sans Souci. asap remote service

When we are working on your computer, either on-site or remotely, your confidential information is treated as "strictly confidential".

This is an exclusive service.

asap remote technical support is limited to existing clients of Pixel ITT and clients referred to Pixel ITT by our clients and colleagues..

Security and Control.

You are in control of the connection and all connections.
Pixel ITT cannot connect to your computer or system without your expressed approval and without your invitation.

You need to initiate every asap remote support session.

Charges, hours of service & availability.

Business hours, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday AEDST.

Service is provided on a 'next available time' basis.

There is a session connect charge of AUD$20.00 and a per minute charge of AUD$1.50.
Out of business hours asap remote support session connect charge is AUD$20.00 with a per minute charge of AUD$2.75.
